This LEED-Platinum building achieved 100% of the points needed for this highest level attainable through the United States Green Building Council!  This short video discusses the green and efficient aspects of the building and gives a look inside this state-of-the-art, 3-story co-op dormitory housing for Gonzaga University grad students.  Not only is it Eco-Savvy & Chic, it was submitted for the Spokane Mayor's Award!
